Attentive service, or stalking? We'll leave it to you to tell us, or the judge.
It's your choice. We pledge to sell you quality equipment, without a lot of
preinstalled programs you don't need that cripple the computer right out of
the box. We'll follow it up with excellent availability and caring, personalized
service. We'll get to know you and your needs, and find solutions that you
may not have known about. We'll proactively suggest solutions. We'll help your
employees better use their computers to more effectively service your customers,
or your bottom line. All this, and we stay crunchy in milk!
Maintenance Contracts
By far, our preferred type of servicing. Schedule regular time with us. You get a break on price. We get to head off problems before they get big. Everybody wins. To use our tool analogy again, imagine a hammer. No matter how many people pick up that hammer and use it, it's still going to be a hammer. However a computer changes every time you use it. Every time you go to the internet, install a program, read your e-mail, or upload those pictures from your camera, it changes. Pretty soon, it resembles a buffalo rather than a hammer. If we can put our grubby little fingers on your computers every now and then, they'll stay looking like hammers. And surprisingly, having us come regularly isn't as expensive as you might think. So they won't even be the $8,000 hammer the Army buys. Unfortunately for us.
Regular On-Call service
We are also available on an as-needed basis, of course. You call. We Come. Good boy, sit. Fix computer. Here's a treat. You know the drill. The only caveat is that our contract customers get first priority on our time, so you may occasionally wait a bit for us. In which case we do not advocate beating your computer, kicking it, or watering it.
